Russian tortoise has weird tail?

I got my russian tortoise as an adoption at petco and his tail is weird. They didn't know alot about his when they sold him so I am maybe thinking it got caught in something. His tail is scrunched up sideways and doesn't move. All my friends tortoises tails are down and move but Toasts is hard, bent, and stiff and im not sure if its an issue or okay?

Have u got a pic of it, give him a nice warm bath, soak him for at least 10mims then take a pic, also what species of tortoise is it?

I've given him warm baths a few time sjnce i got Toast because he wouldn't go to the bathroom but he got back to it. But i will get a picture of his tail for you. He is a Russian Tortoise.

It's a good idea to give him a soak two or three times a week for 15 to 20 minutes.
Helps keep him hydrated.

Oh thank you. I didn't know that male tails bent, all my friends have girl tortoises
