Safe Flower?

I bought some Baby Blue Eyes(Nemophila menziesii) and am wondering if they are safe to plant in my tortoise outside enclosure?

I do not find it listed as a toxic plant....it is also referred to as a herb, with a slight sweet flavor....but it is not actually a plant I find to be recommended as an edible/desirable item????

if you bought it from a florist you probably dont want to feed them that. one word, pesticides.

I repot any new plant I buy and cycle through fir months to a complete set of new leaves and flowers before feeding it.
