So I have a desert tortoise, who is at least less than two months old (got it from a neighbor..). My grandpa got me these dietary supplements for her, although I noticed that it says juvenile and small adult tortoises. Would it still be ok to give her it (according to directions)? Sorry if that's a stupid question, but I should feel like asking anyway. If I shouldn't feed her some, don't worry because I'm planning on going to the pet store anyway.

My answer is no. The “All living things” brand is notorious for making terrible products, including their food. I actually have a container of this that I mistakenly bought for my tortoise. Ground corn is the second ingredient on the ingredients list.
You know, it’s funny. I saw that you had posted the same question on tortoise amino, and I was about to answer it and send you here before you took the post down. Small world, lol!
Please give these a read-

Russians have very similar care to desert tortoises.
What state do you live in? If I’m not mistaken, I believe that it is illegal to keep or breed desert tortoise outside of California, or where it is naturally from. I could be mistaken, however, and I would appreciate it if another member were to correct me.

With permits, they can also be kept in Nevada and AZ, where they also occur in the wild.

And you so much! I'll remember to avoid that brand. I didn't even look at the ingredients.. pretty sure corn is on the no-no list. And thank you for the links, I'll give them a read^^
And yeah, I did post it on a Amino.. but I saw that the Amino wasn't very active and thought I wouldn't get an answer..
And yes, like the other person said, we do have a permit. I live in Arizona, guess I was suppose to put my state as a location and not my very much not known city.

Sounds good to me! And yeah, not only is that amino not active, but the tortoises there definitely aren’t getting the greatest care. Even the owner is keeping an adult redfoot with a hatchling in a 40 gallon tank. That’s why I usually send everyone who joins here, or at least give them the care sheets.
