Safe Hornworm?

I know the dark green one is safe to feed to my boxie, but the light one I am not so sure about, or if it is even a true hornworm. Found the light on on the muscadine vine, the normal ones on the tomato plant right near the muscadine vine. If need more pics of the light one let me know.

I would think they would both be safe, as far as the type they are. My concern would be the one has been eating tomato plants and those leaves are not considered safe to feed directly to a tortoise. One of those, you are what you eat things. ... just my paranoid thoughts, not based on any real knowledge...
