Safe to feed? Or ditch them?

Sister got us Wardley turtle treats for xmas as a "gift for Mo". Just wondering if it was safe to feed to him? Anyone know? We're doubtful, but would hate to waste free food. So thought we'd check here before throwing them away.

Can you post a picture that shows the composition. If there's any animal protein I wouldn't feed.

Don't know why i hadn't looked at the ingredients yet (DUH).....

Fish Meal & oil in there...
