I have dandelion and lilacs that I grow and know it’s safe flowers, I’d like to grow others from seeds but I’m finding mixed wildflower seeds are fine in general but I’m not sturdy on a few. I’m thinking begonia seeds and pansy seeds would be fine?

Hello!
Begonia, pansy, campanula, decorative mallow, marigold (calendula) etc. are fine. You also check thetortoisetable.org.uk - while they are very conservative about what's safe, it's still a good start anyway.

I also like gazania, lavatera, all of the hibiscus, rose of Sharon, nasturtiums, cape honeysuckle, and hollyhocks.

One favorite of every tortoise I have ever had is African hibiscus. Tortoises that have never seen it will gobble it up the very first time you put it in front of them. I don't know of any other food that has been that well received. This plant has many names: African hibiscus, rosella, Hibiscus sabradiffa. The well known "hibiscus tea" is made from the calyx of this plant, and not the flowers of the more commonly seen "regular" hibiscus plants.

I bought a tortoise seed mix from Carolina Pet Supply. That is the easy way to get some greens going that are great for your tortoise
