Scute Health Question

Hi! I am a first time tortoise owner who has been reading pretty much everything I can get my hands on since I got my Russian tortoise. I've had him about a year and have not had any health problems but maybe because of having an inexperienced I was concerned about the scutes on his leg. I thought they looked a little odd this past week and was hoping another pair of eyes could check. I never had any idea how much I could love this little guy but I just want him to be as happy and healthy as possible!!
