Seeking guidance on shell markings, scratches or possibly fungus?

Good evening everyone, I wanted input on what you guys think is going on here. My juvenile Aldabra has developed some marking on his shell over the last month that have grown slightly. I just started him on clotrimazole 1% cream, but feel it doesn’t really look like examples of shell fungus that I’ve seen posted here.

All other health markers are great and haven’t changed over this time. Thanks in advance for any of your input

She looks familiar, I think I've seen this tortoise on reddit tortoise. Could it just be dryness and flaking? Sorry I'm not a tortoise expert or aldabra expert. Hope an expert comes along to help out.
