Hey guys. As you know when I first got my Darwin I thought he was male and as he got bigger everyone said that he was really a she and now that he is even bigger and based on this drawing, I'm starting to think that he is a HE again? A little help please! Poor Darwin is so confused because I can't make up mu mind. lol He/She is 2 years old and 10 1/2 pounds now. Is this old and big enough to know for sure?? I'm referring to the inward curve at the rear of the carapace and the way it looks like the plastron my be starting to concave??

Your tortoise is still not mature. The above drawing is in reference to adult animals. Yours is still a juvenile and not showing the adult secondary sexual characteristics. Give it some more time...
