...now that I have your attention. :) It might be a bit early (Tuleo is 9ish inches) but any guesses...?

(He is not happy with me in the second photo. He was napping outside before I rudely turned him over.) :tort:

Thank you Yvonne! That was my thought when he came here (a feeling) and my thought as he has gotten older. I know males are bigger and more destructive - any words of wisdom? My (human) girls would all be sitting on the couch reading while their brother would be jumping off the coffee table screaming "To infinity and beyond!" I am assuming it will be something like that... more mess, digging, mud, craziness and the like. I am just wondering if we can do anything now that he is younger to make him more settled (if that makes sense.) Not "train" him - but will the amount of handling we do now make him a more well rounded sulcata...?

These are the things I think about at 2 am...

I think its looking male too. Not all of them are bruisers like Maggies Bob. Some of them are just mild mannered gentle giants. I had two brothers and one was like Bob and the other was almost boring.

Either way, you are going to have one fantastic looking adult tortoise. That shell is simply gorgeous.

Boy, I don't know. Look at that face, spells trouble to me:p. He is a very nice looking Sully for sure. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Tom. That means a lot. I am a bit OCD with is care and thus far it looks like it is paying off. I sure adore the little (getting bigger!) bugger!:<3:

Thank you SO much wellington. I really appreciate the positive feedback, I have learned a LOT here and try and utilize what I have read with new ideas that I think of. So far so good.

Oh, I also think he looks like a little chit at times...lol He can be very opinionated, that is for sure but I have also noticed that if I come around his indoor oasis he perks up because he knows there is a good chance I am gonna take him outside. He keeps his head out for rubbings and loves having his shell scratched. It's pretty darn cute.

He will be 2 in July!
