We have one last hope of a female Golden Greek. The two pictured here are nearly the same size. Their tails and anal scutes appeared nearly identical to us until about a month ago. Then Penny's (on the left) tail really started to grow. We are certain that Penny needs another name. We are hoping like crazy that the one on the right (Ed), which appears at this point to be a female, is in fact a female. What are the expert opinions here?

No an expert by any stretch of the imagination (compared to you two), but if they're from the same clutch, chances are pretty good they're the same sex, right?

If it does turn out to be like you're hoping, how funny that the male ended up with the female name and vice versa. LOL!

I think it's time to switch their names. :D

We have done that before. It really confuses us all for a month or so, we may have to do just that. Or we may have to sell the male, as I am not convinced he is not related some how. I know they were not clutch mates, but they did come from the same breeder. We still have a very nice male, we got from Danny,to pair with Ed. :D
