Normal type can work if used with a large aluminum dome, like this:

Don't use the clamp. Hang it from overhead. Remove the little guard wire things.

The "reflex" type in your picture could be either a "spot" type or a "flood" type. You want the flood type. Don't use a spot type. The difference is the narrowness of the light beam. You want a wide beam, not a narrow beam.

Would help if you translated before posting so we can read what is actually said about the bulbs. This is an American forum. We welcome everyone from all over but most if not all of us do not read foreign languages.

Thank you for your reply!
I'm glad to talk with you.

I would like to use normal type with alminium deep dome.
What's happen if there is no deep dome? Lighting and heating efficiency could get worse, right?

It is written that reflex type has 60° beam angle and it is used for spot light or down light ordinaly.
Do you think that it is a narrow beam?
This is the image for beam angle of reflex type.

A 60 degree beam angle is a flood type, and that is good.

I wouldn't use a deep dome for a regular bulb. Just a regular dome.
