shark cartilage

anyone taking shark cartilage supplement? i started taking it a few days ago on the suggestion of a few co-workers. has it helped any of you with your aches and pains?? The bottle I got says to take 12 capsules a day until you go through 3 bottles then back off to 4 a day. Lot of stinkin' pills to take a day...

Eee, shark cartilage? Never heard of that before...
12 capsules a day is a lot! I take 2-3 supplements a day and that's annoying enough

i had never heard of either. it is supposed to help with joint pains and other aches. i hope it works!
