Are you sure she isn't trying to dig a nest? That leg motion sounds like nesting. I know you don't have enough substrate for nesting and she has been trying to lay eggs.

If it's kidney function, best you can do is keep them hydrated right now.

How much/what are you force feeding her?

I think she wants to dig a nest too
But why she is not moving ? Not eating ?

She is probably stressed from STILL not being in a proper enclosure.

Set her up BY HERSELF with plenty of dirt for her to dig in and see how she does.

No. it is in a separate enclosure.
With 10cm coco coir with oyster shell substrate .. I love her. I wish she can be better soon.

I would not force feed her calcium supplements. if shes constipated you should get some fiber in her, though in my opinion, I would not want to force feed her too often since it can be very stressful

I would like to see pics of her enclosure.
I would get rid of the crushed oyster and just use coco coir. You want it to be deep enough for her to dig in. 4-5 inches should be okay.
Make sure she's in a quiet spot away from a lot of activity.
And feed her the recommended foods everyone else posted.
I would like to see her get better too. :)

Crushed oyster seems odd to me too, but it is apparently commonly recommended by Egyptian keepers. If the substrate is a mix of the two and uniformly 10cm deep, I would think it should be sufficient.

Photos would be good.
