Shell growth problem?

So I've had 2 Russian tortoises for roughly 2 years now and noticing one of their shells kinda looks like it's starting to grow flat at the end. Is the a problem? If so how can I fix it?

I can see no problems. The shell looks perfectly to me.

Agree with above. The flare is normal.
