Hi there! I was soaking my redfoot today and noticed that it has these whiteish spots on its plastron. Is this the start of shell rot or shell fungus? And advice is appreciated on what it could be and what to do.

Thanks!

Sometimes a fungal infection can start at the site of a acrape.
I don't see any issues.
But using a little Athletes foot cream in the area always cures it when it happens.
And using the cream will do no harm if it wasn't required. So go ahead and smear a little dab of it on.
