I see normal knocks and scrapes, but not shell rot.

If you are at all concerned, athletes foot cream is used to treat it and will do no harm.

Well, the new growth in those areas doesn't look right, but I doubt it's shell rot. Shell rot usually starts on the plastron from sitting on wet substrate/pee.

Treat the new growth with a tiny bit of Neosporin for a couple days, then wash it well with baby shampoo and warm water, rinse it off good and dry it, then paint on some extra virgin, cold pressed coconut oil. Allow it to absorb for a half hour or so, then polish it off with an absorbent cloth.

just looks like not uniform growth in one of the lines. I think this happens because we are trying to keep torts in an enclosure and provide all they need. they usually travel to their needs make the adjustments themselves and their natural habitats usually provide them somewhere within their reach. But if they are stuck in an enclosure in a different region than they are native to and the temps vary or the humidity is not consistent I think it has these effects. my sully is 20 years old and he has some swiggly/raised growth rings in areas, not perfectly smooth on each line but so far it has never seemed to impact his health.

I think your tort looks good just has a tad bit of irregularity in the growth.

Mine has squiggly growth lines as well. They're most noticeable on the pyramided scutes, very faint but still there on the smooth growth. Not sure if it's caused by some sort of trauma, dehydration, or if it's just a side effect of pyramiding or something.
