Shell rot?

Not sure what you are referring to specifically but there is no shell rot there, In truth shell rot is pretty rare, the old ideas that torts cant handle being humid and damp are wrong. They spend most of their lives in relatively humid environments like low lying shrubs, in burrows etc. . .

I see nothing too worry about. Redfoot tortoises are prone to shell rot in wet conditions but sulcatas and many others rarely if ever gets it.
