Is this the beginning of shell rot?

I'm not quite sure. I know it generally occurs of the plastron first . Is the plastron clear of any suspicion?

The bottom of your tortoise and that is spot on for shell rot. Treat it immediately.

So the green spot is the beginning of shell rot and how do I treat it?

The bottom of the shell is fine, there is nothing wrong with it.
