Sick desert tort

My tort is sick, wont eat, very lethargic, makes a squeaky sound when I picked him up. What can I do?

Get him to a vet for antibiotics. Tortoises are resilient creatures. He just may need some shots.
How long hasn’t he been eating?
What are the temperatures in your area?
