Skink and Box Turtle eggs

I was getting ready to do a little work in the heat yesterday. Found these in the work area so we had a immediate work stoppage, This could be the egg layer, I got this pic of her a few days ago near where the eggs are . A little after sundown on Sunday when I was checking to make sure the sulcatas were all where they should be I noticed an eastern box turtle starting to nest out in the open yard. This is what she did, She must be happy, I have never seen 6 in one clutch here before. (but I don't see all the nest)

I was gonna say, looked like something scaly on the bottom of that nest good eye Ed!
