Small lizard!

Hello all! Every day I go to put food to my wilma's enclosure and I saw a small green lizard today basking inside the enclosure! My wilma didn't see this! What should I do? I wonder how easy is to get rid of it since they can snick everywhere easily!

Could that be a male sand lizard (Lacerta agilis)? It shouldn't be a threat. Only thing I can think of is if it carries ticks or parasites, but I don't know if they would be harmful to a tortoise.

Ohhh I didn't know that! I will keep an eye with this lizard! He was basking! Then he left!

That's a cool looking local lizard. I get all sorts of wildlife traipsing trough my tortoise pens. Not really anything you can do about it. As far as I can tell, it has never caused me a problem. Small lizards eat the bugs.

Yes its a local lizard! He was basking with his eyes closed and he was enjoying it! it was totally green!

It is not any problem. Just let it do its thing.

It does look like a Lacerta as Philipgreece said.

My enclosures are full of other wildlife. Lizards, sometimes toads, and the odd snake. If it doesn't pose a threat, I just leave it.
