Sneezing Hatchling

I gave my little hatchling a bath, and he took a big drink and then a bit later started to sneeze and rub his nose. Do you think he just got water in his nose, or should I be worried?

Keep an eye on him and see if he does it again.

A tortoise's 'nose' doesn't lead down into its lungs, it goes into the roof of the mouth. Plus, they drink through their nose. So, yes, chances are pretty good that if he was drinking, he got water in his nose!
