Sneezing tortoise

So lately I've been noticing that my Russian tortoise keeps sneezing and then is falling asleep under the heat lamp is this normal?

Sounds like the start of a respiratory infection. Can you post a pic of your enclosure and your 4 temps?

Falling asleep under the heat lamp sounds relatively normal, but sneezing does not! Do you soak your tortoise?
