Someone emailed me regarding a Tortoise specie. The seller told her it’s a sulcata but it obviously isn’t. Does anyone know the exact specie? Can anyone also tell the specie by the shell? Thanks.

It's a desert tortoise.
Well, let me amend that. . . if they're in Florida, it's a gopher tortoise.
. .. at any rate - against the law to sell no matter which Gophers it is.
