Spider plants safe?

Are spider plants safe to be planted in a russian tortoise enclosure? Sorry I don't know the real plant name of them.

Yes, but your Russian will probably make short work of the plant. You may want to think about hanging the parent plant up out of reach and just let the babies grow down where your tortoise can reach them... or just be ready to replace the plant often.
