I bought them in 2008, the seller told me that it should come from South Carolina but I'm not sure.
Keep them outside most of the year in a waterland tub, in December I move them in an unheated room at about 41°F(5°C) and I put them back out to late March.
Where I live the minimum temperatures are around 5°F(-15°C)
Each female lays up to three times a year.

Beautiful spotties. Wish we could keep them here in PA, but I understand the protection. In severe decline in the wild.
