My year old leopard has been squeaking at night when getting ready to sleep?

Some sounds are normal from tortoises, but...is there any discharge from his nose? Are his eyes clear and wide open? Is he eating and behaving as usual? Is there any sign of gasping or stretching his neck out more than usual? And finally, is there any reason you think he could be sick? Did he have a cold spell? Are his lights and heating working properly and in correct position?
These are the things I would look at first. Sorry there are so many questions, but read them over, answer them, and come back with any questions you may have.
