Star weight concern??

Hi, I've had a baby Indian star for 4 months now and she has not gained any weight. Her weight fluctuates between 21 - 23 grams. I am feeding a varied diet including mazuri. She gets soaked daily, temps right, etc... She eats pretty good I would say. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Or anything I can feed that will maybe put a little weight on her? She measures 4.5 cm.

Well no natural sunlight except on a occasion we will have a warm day here in GA and I take her out for 30 min or so. But she has a 5.0 UVA/UVB fluorescent bulb, and gets her basking heat from a CHM. I mist her enclosure once a day, and she has a warm 90 degree humid hide box that she sleeps in every night.
