starting to wake up!

Hi!!! my 5 year old desert tortoise is starting to wake up from hibernation! I also added a little burrow for my baby deserts!

BTW I dont usualy feed lettuce.

The babies are SO adorable!!!!! When were they born? Did you breed them yourself? Your 5 year old looks very happy. I have a dessert tort too, I absolutely love him and can't wait to see him to get big

All of them are absolutely lovely----mine are still snugged in their boxes and not rumbling round yet...the one guy outside has not made an appearance yet, but then again--the night temps are still way low here and we will be overcast and some showers--so the weather reports show....

thanks! the little ones hatched around... August? I did not breed them, one of my friends has like 7 in her backyard and she gets a clutch every few years. I am just watching them for her because they flip over a lot and she has job (I'm just a kid that's home schooled that happens to LOVE tortoises)
