Still flexible belly!

Ok my Danny Almost one year has flexible belly and in one spot on shell! The first time my vet found worms and gave me panacur! The second time which was January this year found protozoans!! I did the treatment! I didn't check hin again! He eats with strong appetite! Provide him calcium and once in a week calcium with d3! He can lift his body! I don't know why his belly and the one spot on shell can't be strong! Could it be from parasites because i think he has but my problem is that I don't want to give him all the time deworm stuffs! I write this because i always compare Danny with wilma because wilma is extremely energetic but she eats less that danny! Danny has a mild pyramid!

No together! Separate!they are now 3 years old and a half! You think i have to check them again for parasites? Can i increase the calcium?
