Has anyone tried these for small enclosure humidity? Since they're so cheap I was thinking of giving it a go, it seems like it could only be beneficial since it's natural and electricity-free

No harm in trying, however, if the enclosure is an open topped table, nothing will keep in the humidity. You need a covered enclosure. But, heck, at 6.99 I'd give it a try! I'd like to have a couple of those in my incubators.

My enclosure is half covered in plexiglass and half in a tight wire mesh, I’m hoping if I keep it under the plexiglass there’s a better chance of it holding! Will update when I get them and set them up

Just a note of info for you, if your UVB light sits on the mesh, the mesh is blocking the beneficial UVB from entering the enclosure.
