Strange lumps??

Hello all, while drying off my hermans Tort after his soak I noticed a lump at the base of his tail. On closer inspection it turned out to be 2 small lumps which remind me of a pair of testicles?? The question is, are these testes or is it something I should be concerned about? He is nearly 3 years old & seems to be in great health. Any ideas plse?

We've had a couple forum members from the UK post about spots recently, although I think they were in different species. No indication of any connection, but with anything weird, it's usually better to have as much detail as possible.

Do you have any other reptiles, or have you been around any other reptiles?
