Strong odor in cloacal area

I've had Morla, a Russian tortoise, for 4 yrs now. I keep her very clean, washing her off if she ever pees or poops. Both are usually not with much odor. For the last week or so,they've have been rather pungent and for the last three days, she hasn't really pooped much at all. Starting yesterday, there has been a VERY strong poop-like smell around her cloaca that won't go away, no matter how much I wash (w/ her Chlorhex rinse), or soak her. There is no swelling or discoloration, and her behavior is normal, though she is eating about 1/3 less than usual.

Has anyone else had this? Any advice/suggestions/ health knowledge whats causing this suddenly?

Please give details of how she is kept - temperatures, humidity, lighting, substrate, size of tortoise and enclosure, and DIET, so the experts here will have some ideas. A few pictures too. Thanks.
