Joined Apr 10, 2011 Messages 16,109 Location (City and/or State) Apple Valley, California Yup, turning the substrate is good....and if you spot clean then you can go for 6 plus months--if you add earthworms and peel bugs you will actually get a good eco system going and the need for changing out the substrate will diminish....just saying
