Substrate question?

How often do I need to change my sully's substrate? S/he is on coco coir and cypress mulch. Do I need to turn the substrate?

Yup, turning the substrate is good....and if you spot clean then you can go for 6 plus months--if you add earthworms and peel bugs you will actually get a good eco system going and the need for changing out the substrate will diminish....just saying

Thanks! Where would I get earthworms? Can I just catch some and put in there?
