Substrate, tortoise table

I am getting my 1st horsefield tortoise soon and am still trying to figure a few things out. I am going to use soil and coco coir as a substrate what is the best top soil to use? Organic or regular and do i need a coco coir from a pet store or the cheapest one i can find? I have found some for a £1 for a 8 litre block were as from a pet store it is £2 plus so obvs would like to get the £1 block. Also the heat lamp i am going to use a combined uv/heat what watt is the best to get? And will be making a table what is the best wood to use? I will be waterproofing it and putting a rubber pond mat on the bottom sorry for all the questions relay appreciate any replys

Any substrate must not have been grown with fertilizers, or have perlite/vermiculite incorporated in them. Your local garden store can help you to ensure you're not purchasing anything with additives in it- basically you want plain dirt. The same goes with the coconut coir, any mosses, or barks.
