Can you post a picture of his enclosure please so we can see if there's anything causing this.
You'll get good advice on how to make it as safe as possible for him.

He is using the corner of his enclosure.
It may be too hot, too barren, or you may have the wrong lights that are hurting his eyes. Let's review what bulbs you've got and how you are housing him to make sure everything is optimal for a baby sulcata.

He's trying to get away from something. You'll have to be the detective and figure out what's making him want to escape. . . lights to bright, temperature not right, not enough food, etc. I find mine on their back if I'm late with the food.

I think mine believes he's a spider or something. He will spend most of the day carefully walking vertically on the walls. Not sure how he does it without flipping over lol
