my sulcata eats a lot, the problem is when he eats his food, he always bring his substrate into his food dish, the substrate i use is coco coir, I'm worried if he eats coco coir day by day, eventually he will get intestinal impaction. any good suggestion for this?

What kind of dish are you using? I use paver bricks sunk into the substrate so they are only an inch higher. Very little coir gets up there. Coco coir shouldn't cause a problem. It will be less messy if you keep it damp, and pack it down with your hand.
