Please meet Lucy! My spoiled baby.
I’ve been calling Lucy a she for as long as I’ve had her. Today while i was scrubbing her bottom from the dirt and feces, I got a little surprise! It seemed like a long something. I put her down for privacy and it went back in. Haha.
I’d love to get everyone’s thoughts! Her tail is long but tucked in most of the time if not all the time. Here are some pictures.

I knew I should have picked a gender neutral name. Phoebe or Phoebo? (Friends reference)

I wouldn't worry about the name - I thought I had a female called Lola, turns out she's a he - still called Lola at the moment. Because he has the life of Riley I have thought about calling him that, but Lola has stuck.

Yup! Lucy is a boy for sure. How about "Lucky" or "Louis" or "Luke"
Gulars are elonating.
Supracaudal has curved back inward protecting tail area.
Anal scutes have flared outward.

Can't see tail (you have and more!)
Can't tell if plastron is getting concave - but that is usually later than the three characteristics above.
