Do you have picks of his enclosure? And what is his care and diet like? Most of us agree that hydration and humidity play key roles in pyramiding...daily soaks and sprays several times a day are a good place to start

he gets a different types of greens and grasses and i spray his enclosure and soak him every day

Find a way to close that top.

Also, check out the thread in my signature for how to keep that substrate more humid/warmer without constant spraying (waterproof heat ropes!). It may help.

He needs a humid hide, water to drink, daily soaks, shell spraying 3-4 times a day, a good diet, lots of sunshine and exercise.
