Sulcata shell cracked from car

Please help my friend sulcata got out, was under neighbors car when they backed up they heard a crack i told them to keep clean they are soaking her now what should they do, no vets are available till monday.

Keep in a hospital like area that is clean, no dirt or bugs and keep him warm. 85 day and night. Do not let bugs get too the wound.

If no shell is missing then they could yes. If shell is missing, like into the cavity then no I wouldn't, just keep clean.
It looks more like scraps then shell missing down to cavity, right?

I just called he said outershell is missing on surface not in cavity, she is in their house in a plastic pool
