Hi all, we have been viewing the forum and receiving the news letter for over 4 1/2 years but have not had the need to ask for help until today,

we have 2 Sulcata males 5 years old and approx 28 lbs in weight and in good health live mainly outside and bedded in doors at night,
when cleaning almondo yesterday we noticed what looks like blood / puss in a small area / seam, please see pictures just above my nail
can anyone please advise ? on what may have caused this and do I need to worry ? (we did apply a small amount of antiseptic cream)
look forward to your help
Carolina

I had this happen to our Sully a few years ago, almost identical to your pix. Our Sully scraped under a fence and then later we noticed right at the scute “seam” a bit of ooze. We cleaned it well, rubbed antiseptic on every few days. All was fine.

So, wash, clean, apply antiseptic. All will be fine!
