switching babies to dry grass

Is there an easier way to switch a baby leopard from a diet high in dark greens and mazuri to a diet of dry grass (what I'm told they are supposed to eat)? I've tried giving him some orchard grass and oat hay, but he was not having it.

Babies mostly eat small herbaceous plants (weeds). A smaller part of their diet comes from grasses, and preferably newly sprouted grass, which is easier to consume

Most small Leo's will not eat dry grass until they are older. try moisten some in warm water then mix it in with some greens & mazuri I fed mine orchard grass that way and they love it

If you are able to grow grass in your enclosures I would recommend that. As others have said, the dried stuff isn't too appealing too most young tortoises. Dark greens and mazuri are a good part of a balanced diet. If you have access to other growing things like hibiscus, grape leaves, and opuntia (to name a couple), you should have the dietary needs taken care of.
