Hello, I have a Russian tortoise around 4 months and I thought her eyes are looking swollen? Are they? And if so what can I do to stop it?

They don't look swollen to me. What kind of lights are you using?

Not sure about basking one because the bulb came with the light fixture when I bought it secondhand. I'm pretty sure its a Zoomed halogen bulb though. I have a single zoomed UVB bulb, compact

The compact, coiled UV bulbs are known to cause eye issues. Both minor issues and total blindness.
Use a strip florescent instead

Thank you! I knew about the coiled bulbs, but I thought it they only meant the round coiled one. Good thing I just received an Amazon gift card!
