Are these beneficial at all? If they are how much do you feed? I currently have my RT on a veggie based diet

I use these these as part of my russians diet. Only twice a week though cos he's very greedy with them and i dont want him getting overweight

ok! I may invest in them as a small treat Ive tried nature zone and zoomed and they didnt touch it!
