I can not review the specific product, just got them yesterday.
ZooMed now has T5 HO tubes in the UVB output product line. Price beats LightYourReptiles Arcadia bulbs by 30% to 50% Yeah for ZooMed to finally have this here in the US.
I like the T5 HO tubes for ambient light, and watts per lumens etc. I use BlueMax T5 HO for non UV lighting, the color is near perfect correct, with a slight bias to blue end of the spectrum. The tortoises sit as directly under the BlueMax as possible and behave as if to bask, legs and neck fully exposed to the light.
I have my fingers crossed that some monitoring of these new ZooMed tubes and my tortoises will show they are going to be consistent good with their T8 tubes.
