How far into incubation period were you? I have had a big dip for several hours 1/2 and 1/4 way into incubation before and all eggs made healthy little sulcatas (same failure but had two different clutches in there). I'd keep cooking them and not worry too much- goodluck!

I had a failure in the circuit for the incubators several weeks ago. It was about 3 hours or so before I found it. The eggs were about 72F. So fall all seem to be doing fine. I have hatched one since that drop. I know several keepers of other species (not redfoots) that use a daily night time drop to around 75F and have had great success. I would put money down that your eggs will be fine. :)

I have a friend that does not use any incubation systems, just puts his tortoise eggs in a plastic tray with vermiculite on a shelf at room temperatures. He does not use AC and it goes from hot to cooler as the night goes. He produces beautiful redfoots, sulcatas, and several other species.

I think you should be fine JD ! As far as there is not any drastic changes down (or up) in the temperature there shouldn't be any problem. And especially if you're 110 days in already ? And I also believe the eggs are more sensitive just after they have been laid, like the first couple of weeks and that they become more secure the longer time they have been developed ? Fingers crossed
