Temperatures

I'm soon getting an outdoor enclosure for my russian. But what is the coldest temp they can be in? Because its winter and I know they like warm temps.

Refresh my memory...did you ever say what part of the world you're in?

In my neck of the woods, if I put a steppe tortoise outside this time of year he would want to brumate. If I want to keep him awake I would have to set up an indoor habitat with lights and heat.
