My tortoise yawned today after eating and a could see this brown stuff almost like her substrate deep in her mouth. Since then she has eaten, passed urine and pooped.
Any ideas on what to do

She opened her mouth really wide this morning yawning, nothing there and she's eaten so i will keep her hydrated and it should pass through hopefully
