I'm using this lamp at the moment.

this is good it provides heat and uvb

Yep that is an mvb and produces both uva (heat) and UVB, so as long as the enclosure is warm enough and light enough, you don't need anything else.

Ok, that's great! So would you just suggest moving it into the centre of the table? Instead of having it at one end?

You're not going to like my answer probably, but i would put it where it provides the correct temps. If with it at one end the cool side is warm enough, that is where i would put it. If its too cold, then move it to the center.

if you find that the temperatures and humidity are too low you can use aluminum foil and cover the whole thing, including the lights.
